s 8 Extent, commencement and short title
(1) This Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. (2) Sections 1 to 7 of this Act come into force on such day as the Treasury may by regulations appoint. (3) Regulations under this section are to be made by statutory instrument. (4) This Act may be cited as the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Act 2025.
