(1) In section 166(5) (regulations subject to the affirmative procedure), after paragraph (cza) (as inserted by paragraph 3) insert— (czb) section 92C(3)(a) or (8), (2) If sub-paragraph (1) comes into force before the coming into force of paragraph 24(2) of Schedule 11 to the Immigration Act 2016, paragraph 24(2) of that Schedule has effect on its coming into force as if for “for the “or” at the end of paragraph (c) substitute” there were substituted “after paragraph (czb) insert” .
