s 4 Purposes of sentencing

(1) In section 57(2)(d) of the Sentencing Code (purposes of sentencing: protection of the public), after “public” insert “(including victims of crime)” . (2) In section 237(1)(e) of the Armed Forces Act 2006 (purposes of sentencing: protection of the public), after “public” insert “(including victims of crime)” .
