Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026 s 27

s 27 Reports by Secretary of State

(1) The Secretary of State must, after the end of each relevant three-year period, lay before Parliament a report on how the Secretary of State has performed the duty under section 23 (1) during that period. (2) In subsection (1) , “ relevant three-year period ” means— (a) the period of three years beginning with the day on which this section comes into force, and (b) each subsequent period of three years.
