s 60 Application of pay and conditions orders to education action zones

(1) Section 128 of the Education Act 2002 (application of section 122 orders to teachers at schools forming part of education action zones) is repealed. (2) In section 210 (5) of that Act (order and regulations)— (a) at the end of paragraph (b) insert “or” ; (b) omit paragraph (c) (together with the final “or”).
