s 24 Property transfer regulations: delisting
(1) Property transfer regulations may provide for the listing of securities, under section 74 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (the official list), to be discontinued or suspended. (2) Where the listing of securities is suspended in accordance with property transfer regulations, those securities are to be treated as still being listed for the purposes of— (a) section 96 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (obligations of issuers of listed securities), and (b) paragraph 23 (6) of Schedule 1ZA to that Act (fees payable in respect of functions of the Financial Conduct Authority).
