s 47 Disputes
(1) Share transfer regulations or property transfer regulations may include provision for disputes to be determined in a specified manner. (2) Provision by virtue of subsection (1) may, in particular— (a) confer jurisdiction on a court or tribunal; (b) confer discretion on a specified person.
