s 59 Reporting
(1) The Secretary of State must prepare reports about financial assistance provided under section 58 . (2) A report must be prepared in respect of— (a) the period of 12 months beginning with the day on which this Act is passed, and (b) each successive period of 12 months, but no report is required for a period in respect of which there is nothing to record. (3) The Secretary of State must lay each report under this section before the House of Commons. (4) A report must not— (a) specify individual arrangements, or (b) identify, or enable the identification of, individual beneficiaries.
