In this Order— “Ripple Road” means that length of the London Tilbury Trunk Road (A13) in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham known as Ripple Road; “central reservation” means that part of Ripple Road which separates the two carriageways of Ripple Road for the safety and guidance of vehiclesusing that road.
