The said Scheme as confirmed (hereinafter referred to as “the Scheme”) is set out in the Schedule hereto. Copies of the Scheme with its accompanying plan are deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1 3PY, and at the offices of the Metropolitan Borough Council of Wolverhampton, Civic Centre, Wolverhampton; Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, Civic Centre, Walsall and at the Department of Transport, West Midlands Regional Office, Five Ways Tower, Frederick Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 1SJ.
