art 6 Transfers from Hertfordshire to Buckinghamshire
The area or areas of the county of Hertfordshire and the district of Dacorum marked on a boundary map as shown in column 1 of Schedule 4 to this Order, and forming part of the parish specified in relation thereto in column 2 shall be transferred to— (a) the county of Buckinghamshire and the district of Chiltern; (b) the electoral division of that county and the ward of that district specified in relation to the area or areas in question in columns 3 and 4 respectively; (c) the parish, parish ward (if any) and the petty sessional division specified in relation to the area or areas in question in column 5; and (d) the South Buckinghamshire Coroner’s district.
