For the purposes of Part III of the Act, B.P. Exploration Operating Company Limited whose registered office is situated at D'Arcy House, 146 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4BY, is hereby designated as the owner of the pipe-lines described in Part I of the Schedule hereto and the owner of so much of the pipe-line described in Part II of the Schedule as is a controlled pipe-line.
