Act of Sederunt (Bankruptcy Rules) 1993 art 9

art 9 Transitional provisions

Notwithstanding rule 1(3) above, nothing in this Act of Sederunt shall have effect as regards any petition or application presented before the coming into force of this Act of Sederunt; and the Act of Sederunt (Bankruptcy) 1986 shall continue to apply to any such petition or application.
