The Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1997 art 1

art 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st August 1997. (2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976 and “the 1990 Act ” means the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 .
