art 2 Extension of water byelaws
The following byelaws, which have effect as if made by South East Water Limited under section 17 of the Water Act 1945 (prevention of waste of water etc. ), namely— (a) the byelaws made on the 23rd February 1987 by the West Kent Water Company; (b) the byelaws made on the 9th March 1987 by the Mid-Sussex Water Company; and (c) the byelaws made on the 26th March 1987 by the Eastbourne Water Company, shall remain in force until 30th September 1998.
