The Swansea (1999) National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 1999 art 2

art 2 Change of name of NHS Trust

The trust shall be called the Swansea National Health Service Trust or Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Abertawe instead of the Swansea (1999) National Health Service Trust or Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Abertawe (1999), and accordingly in Article 1 of the Order in the definition of “the trust”, and in Article 2 of the Order, the expression “(1999)” shall be omitted.
