art 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the United Kingdom Transplant Support Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 12th July 2000. (2) In this Order— “ the Authority ” means the United Kingdom Transplant Support Service Authority; and “ the Order ” means the United Kingdom Transplant Support Service Authority (Establishment and Constitution) Order 1991 . (3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
