reg 4 Expert Evidence Rules

In paragraph (1) of rule 3 of the Crown Court (Advance Notice of Expert Evidence) Rules 1987 , after the words “he has already done so” there shall be inserted the words “or the evidence is the subject of an application for leave to adduce such evidence in accordance with section 41 of the Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999.”.
