The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 art 8

art 8 Errors

After article 7, insert– Errors (7A) If a rent officer is of the opinion that he has made an error (other than in the application of his professional judgement) in relation to a determination or redetermination, he shall notify the local authority which made the application for that determination or redetermination of the error as soon as practicable after he becomes aware of it.
