reg 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Costs of Inquiries etc.) (Standard Daily Amount) (England) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 18th December 2000. (2) These Regulations extend to England only.
