reg 5 Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 4 (restriction on manufacture with monomers)— (a) in paragraph (1)(c), for the words “restrictions (if any) specified” there shall be substituted the words “restrictions and specifications (if any) set out”; and (b) paragraph (3)(d) shall be deleted.
