The General Chiropractic Council (Professional Conduct Committee) Rules Order of Council 2000 reg 14

reg 14 Application of Part IV and interpretation

(1) This Part applies where the Committee proposes to exercise its powers under section 22(7) or (9) of the Act. (2) In this Part, “the relevant chiropractor" means the chiropractor in respect of whom the Committee is proposing to exercise those powers.
