The Companies Act 1985 (Electronic Communications) Order 2000 reg 1

reg 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies Act 1985 (Electronic Communications) Order 2000 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made. (2) In this Order, “the 1985 Act ” means the Companies Act 1985 .
