For the purpose of connecting the trunk road with another highway, so as to effect a junction at the place stated in the Schedule to this Order, the Secretary of State is authorised to construct along the routes described in the said Schedule, new highways. Those new highways shall become trunk roads as from the date when this Order comes into force.
