The East London and The City Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 art 3

art 3 Nature and functions of the trust

(1) The trust is established for the purposes specified in section 5(1) of the Act. (2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide goods, hospital accommodation and services and community health services, for the purposes of the health service, at or from the following hospitals, establishments or facilities— (a) Aneurin Bevan House, 81-91 Commercial Road, London E1 1RD, (b) Homerton Hospital East Wing, Homerton Row, Homerton, London E9 6SR, (c) John Howard Centre, Crozier Terrace, London E9 6AT, (d) St. Clement’s Hospital, 2a Bow Road, London E3 4LL, (e) East Ham Memorial Hospital, Shrewsbury Road, Forest Gate, London E7 8QR, (f) Mile End Hospital, Bancroft Road, London E1 4DG, (g) Newham General Hospital, Glen Road, London E13 8SL, and at or from any associated hospitals, establishments and facilities.
