art 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Hammersmith and Acton Hospitals, the Special Trustees for the Charing Cross and West London Hospitals and the Special Trustees for the Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital (Transfers of Trust Property) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000. (2) In this Order— “the new trustees” means the trustees for the Hammersmith Hospitals National Health Service Trust; “the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for the Hammersmith and Acton Hospitals, the Special Trustees for the Charing Cross and West London Hospitals and the Special Trustees for the Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital; “the trust property” means— in relation to the Special Trustees for the Hammersmith and Acton Hospitals, the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of those Special Trustees and the new trustees on 9th March 2000, in relation to the Special Trustees for the Charing Cross and West London Hospitals, the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of those Special Trustees and the new trustees on 9th March 2000, in relation to the Special Trustees for the Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital, the property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of those Special Trustees and the new trustees on 9th March 2000.
