art 2 Interpretation
In this Order— “the 1899 Order ” means the West Manchester Light Railways Order 1899 ; “the railway” means the various lengths of railway authorised by the West Manchester Light Railways Order 1899 to 1906 made under the Light Railways Act 1896 , the Trafford Park Act 1904 , the Trafford Park Act 1922 and the Trafford Park Railway Order 1995 , operated for the carriage of goods and forming the Trafford Park railway network.
