s 2 References to “absent parent”, “assessment” and “departure direction”
(1) For the words “absent parent” wherever they appear in the Information Regulations and the Jurisdiction Regulations there shall be substituted the words “ non-resident parent ” . (2) For the word “assessment” wherever it appears in the Information Regulations and the Jurisdiction Regulations there shall be substituted the word “ calculation ” . (3) In regulation 3(1)(f) of the Information Regulations for the word “assessed” there shall be substituted the word “ calculated ” . (4) In regulation 9A(2)(c)(ii) of the Information Regulations for the words “departure direction” there shall be substituted the word “ variation ” .
