art 2 Appointed day
9th February 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of— (a) section 39 of the Act, in so far as it is not already in force; (b) section 65(2) of the Act, in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 5 to the Act specified in paragraph (c) of this article; and (c) in Schedule 5 to the Act (repeals), the repeals relating to the provisions specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order, to the extent specified in column (2) of that Schedule.
