The Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust (Change of Name) Order 2001 art 2

art 2 Change of name of NHS trust

The trust shall be called the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust instead of the Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust, and accordingly in article 1 of the 1991 Order in the definition of “the trust”, and in article 2 of the 1991 Order, for the words “Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care” there shall be substituted the words “Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership”.
