art 2 Provisions coming into force on 19th February 2001
The following provisions shall come into force on 19th February 2001— (a) section 45, in so far as not already in force; and (b) sections 99 and 100, with the exception of subsection (4) of section 99 and so much of subsection (3) of section 99 as relates to subsection (4).
