art 2 Secondary percentage for secondary Class 1 contributions

In both section 9 of the Act and section 9 of the Northern Ireland Act (calculation of secondary Class 1 contributions) in subsection (2) for “12.2” (percentage rate) there shall be substituted “11.9”.
