In the remaining provisions of Part IV, (a) for “guardian ad litem”, wherever it appears, except in paragraphs (3) and (4) of rule 4.8, substitute “children’s guardian”; and (b) except in rule 4.13, for “welfare officer”, wherever it appears, substitute “welfare officer or children and family reporter”.
