art 2 Amendments to the Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982

(1) The Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982 shall be amended as follows. (2) In rule 5(1) after “section 81A(3)” insert “or section 81AA(1) ”. (3) In rule 6 for “or section 81A(3)” insert “, section 81A(3) or section 81AA(1)”. (4) In rule 7 for “or 81” substitute“, 81 or 81AA”.
