The Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Designated Countries and Territories) (Amendment) Order 2001 art 2

Schedule 1 to the principal Order (designated countries and territories) shall be amended as followsβ€” (a) by the insertion, at the appropriate places in alphabetical order, of the entries for the countries and territory specified in the Schedule to this Order; (b) by the insertion, opposite the entry for Ireland, of the following entryβ€”β€œThe Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform”.
