The following office shall be included among the offices to which a scheme under section 1 of the Act can apply: the Chairman of the Forestry Commission, with effect from 1st December 2001 and accordingly Schedule 1 to the Act is amended by inserting at the appropriate place in the list of “Offices”, the entry— “the Chairman of the Forestry Commission.”
