art 7 Level crossings

(1) On and after the transfer date the provisions set out in Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order shall apply to the level crossings mentioned in Part I of that Schedule. (2) On and after the transfer date the provisions set out in Part II of Schedule 2 to this Order shall apply to the level crossings mentioned in Part I of that Schedule.
