The Wye Navigation Order 2002 art 9

art 9 Vessels adrift

If, due to neglect on the part of the owner or master in mooring a vessel, any vessel is adrift in the principal rivers, the owner or, as the case may be, the master, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
