art 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Falmouth & Truro Port Health (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st February 2001. (2) In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires “ the Order ” means the Falmouth & Truro Port Health Authority Order 1988 ; and other expressions have the same meanings as in the Order.
