reg 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Rules may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Enforcement) (Determination by Inspectors) (Inquiries Procedure) (England) Rules 2002 and shall come into force on 23rd December 2002. (2) These Rules extend to England only.
