reg 7 Statement of matters

The Secretary of State may, before an inquiry is held, serve on the local planning authority, the appellant, any person required to serve a statement of case pursuant to rule 8(6) and, in the case of an enforcement appeal, any person on whom a copy of the enforcement notice has been served, a written statement of the matters about which he particularly wishes to be informed for the purposes of his consideration of the appeal.
