art 2 Appointed day
The day appointed for the coming into force of— (a) section 1(4) of the Act (order-making power to amend list of persons who may be required to provide information); and (b) section 1(9) of the Act (order adding any person to that list to be subject to affirmative Parliamentary procedure), is 26th February 2002.
