art 2 Commencement on 1st April 2002
The following provisions of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st April 2002— (a) Part 4 (Police Training) in so far as not already in force; (b) section 137 (repeals) in so far as it relates to Schedule 7, Part 3; (c) Schedule 3 (the Central Police Training and Development Authority); (d) Schedule 4 (Consequential amendments relating to police training); and (e) Schedule 7, Part 3 (Police training).
