art 2 Transfer of trust property
(1) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 10th December 2001 and on behalf of the Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 11th December 2001, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Oxfordshire Mental Healthcare National Health Service Trust. (2) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the South West Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 10th December 2001 and on behalf of the South West Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust on 11th December 2001, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the South West Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust. (3) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf of both the old Trust and the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust on 10th December 2001, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust.
