art 2 Transfer of trust property
(1) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Tendring Primary Care Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 23rd January 2002 and on behalf of the Tendring Primary Care Trust on 24th January 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Tendring Primary Care Trust. (2) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf on both the old Trust and the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust on 23rd January 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Essex Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust.
