art 2 Transfer of trust property
(1) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Ealing Primary Care Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 11th February 2002 and on behalf of the Ealing Primary Care Trust on 8th February 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Ealing Primary Care Trust. (2) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 11th February 2002 and on behalf of the Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 8th February 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Chelsea and Westminster Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
