art 2 Transfer of trust property
(1) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Doncaster and South Humber Healthcare National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 6th February 2002 and on behalf of the Doncaster and South Humber Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 7th February 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Doncaster and South Humber Healthcare National Health Service Trust. (2) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Rotherham General Hospital’s National Health Service Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 6th February 2002 and on behalf of the Rotherham General Hospital’s National Health Service Trust on 7th February 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Rotherham General Hospital’s National Health Service Trust.
