The Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Dependency) (Permitted Earnings Limits) Order 2002 art 2

art 2 Increase of earnings limits in respect of dependent children

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, in paragraphs (a) and (b) of sub-paragraph (4), for the amount of £150 there shall be substituted the amount of £155.
