art 2 Transfer of trust property

(1) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Nelson and West Merton Primary Care Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 15th March 2002 and on behalf of the Nelson and West Merton Primary Care Trust on 18th March 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Nelson and West Merton Primary Care Trust. (2) On 1st April 2002 the trust property specified in the schedule of trust property prepared and agreed upon by the old Trust and the Teddington, Twickenham and Hamptons Primary Care Trust and signed on behalf of the old Trust on 15th March 2002 and on behalf of the Teddington, Twickenham and Hamptons Primary Care Trust on 18th March 2002, and any rights and liabilities arising from that property , shall be transferred from the old Trust to the Teddington, Twickenham and Hamptons Primary Care Trust.
