art 2 Application of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 to the Isles of Scilly
The National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002, apart from sections 6 (Local Health Boards), 9 (funding of Local Health Boards) and 24 (health and well-being strategies in Wales) and Schedules 4 (Local Health Boards) and 5 (amendments relating to Local Health Boards), shall extend to the Isles of Scilly with the modification that, in the application of those provisions to those Isles, any reference to a local authority is to be construed as a reference to the Council of the Isles of Scilly .
